YES! It’s that time of year again… You know when there’s a super awesome holiday for every month starting after Labor Day all the way until the New Year! But, as it just so happens, Halloween is one of our all time favorites of this holiday cluster! With that being said, we thought this year instead of just doing your typical Halloween gags and ghouls blog post that arms you with everything you need to know for just one day of the year, we would make the benefits of this blog post last. You’re welcome ;)
This ‘holiday cluster’ season we’ve decided not to make the same mistake we always do (and you know you do too!) and overeat all the wrong foods for three months straight just because we have the “intention” of committing to a healthy eating habit come the New Year. Instead, we’re going to kick start our healthy eating habits now so that way when the end of the year comes and we’re sitting down in the living room in footie pajamas, we can just relax with a reasonable amount of wine by the fireplace and not have to stress about how we are going to make the transition into the new year after we have been enjoying being so naughty (as we usually are) the past three months of this year. Who’s with us!!?
Well, whether you’re with us or not, here are some terrifying vegan recipes and some down right spooky (and not so vegan) spirits that we know you are sure to enjoy this Halloween!
